Generally, UK employers will pay for your flight from your home country to the UK. However, you will have to pay for the cost of visa and flight for your family if they are travelling with you. I.     Am I and my family entitled to free NHS healthcare treatment?

As part of your visa application, you will pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) which enables you to access NHS services. The NHS health treatment includes emergency, acute clinical settings, psychiatric treatment and family planning services.

j. Do you provide a meet and greet service?

Yes, you will be met by a representative of your employer who will take you to your arranged accommodation. Flight details will be communicated to your employer prior to your arrival to the UK in order to arrange such a timely meet-and-greet or pick-up service for you.

k. Will my spouse have permission to work in the UK?

Yes, your spouse is allowed to take full-time or part-time jobs in the UK.

l. When can I apply for permanent stay in UK?

After a period of 5 years of working on a skilled worker visa in the UK, you will qualify to apply for indefinite leave to remain and can obtain a British passport in your 6th year. However, this will not be the situation if you, if for example, you change to a student visa within the period in order to pursue education on full-time, student visa.
